Joy, actually, is all around

So this one time...
I had a bad week. I was grumpy, awful, and miserable, and took it out on everyone around me.

I realized I didn't like myself this way. I wasn't able to look past the tribulations of the day and notice the awesomeness.

This premise of this blog is simple: this is just a way for me to reflect on the positive things of the day, never the bad. My goal is to really appreciate the simple everyday joys that often get overlooked, and attempt to live each day to the fullest. I want to look back years from now, read about my day, and smile. I am determined to never have a bad day again. :D
